1. New connection is $0 (24 month contract - 512kbps and above), $99 (24 month contract - 256kbps), $99 (12 month contract) or $129 (6 month contract). Churn
connection is $0 (12 month contract). 2. The connection fee does not include on site assistance. 3. All plans come with a Dynamic IP address. Static IP address is $5
a month extra. 4. The download speed on the Unlimited plan may be slowed to 64kbps after the download limit is reached in a calendar month. 5. After the download
limit is reached within the calendar month on the Flexible option excess data will be charged at 0.5˘
per MB. 6. Early termination charges apply of access fee x whole
